Successfully Running! The “First Show” of HYST Quick Connection Casing in Tarim Was Praised

At 2:30 PM on 23rd April, the offical website of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) released a piece of good news that HSQR quick connection casing produced by HYST ran successfully in Manpeng Well 1 in Tarim Oilfield of CNPC for the first time and passed strict pressure test. This is the "first show" of HYST quick connection casing in Tarim, which was highly praised by customer.

HSQR quick connection casing independently developed by HYST has characteristics of quick making-up, easy thread aligning and few thread alternating. It can shorten operation time, improve work efficiency and greatly reduce operation cost for oilfield customers.

The product successfully passed the physical verification test formulated in accordance with ISO 13679:2002 Petroleum and natural gas industried-Procedures for testing casing and tubing connections in the third party laboratory.

Quick connection casing represents one of the significant achievements of HYST’s commitment to high quality development and high-end product research and development. With its excellent performance, it has been successfully applied in Manpeng Well 1 of Tarim Oilfield with complecated geological conditions, which is of great significance to promote the exploration process in new oil and gas fields.
