On May 21, the BJ890 crane boom pipe developed and produced by HYST helped China’s "Big Mac" in hoisting ——Sany Heavy Industry 4000-ton crawler cranewith double armshad completed the delivery, creating a precedent for the localization of domestic super tonnage crane boom, adding "hoisting artifact" to major engineering construction projects in petrochemical, coal chemical, marine engineering, nuclear power, wind power and other industries.

There are no more than 10 crawler cranes with a maximum lifting capacity of more than 3000 tons in China, which is a handful of cranes with a capacity of 4000 tons, and the pipes used for the boom of super large tonnage cranes were completely imported before.In 2017, HYST took the lead in developing boom pipewith steel grade of960MPa, which reached the leading level in the world and became the preferred partner of construction machinery manufacturing enterprises.

In the face of customer's trust and demand, the research and development project team of HYST boom pipe continued to tackle key problems, made real progress in the research and development of low-carbon microalloyedand high-strength steel materials, broke the technical limit of domestic high-strength boom pipethat wall thickness less than 30mm, and successfully extended the wall thickness range to 50mm.

HYST manufacture has imported the new blood of boom localization for this "Super Giant", which supports the "Giant Arm" in the construction of major projects.
